Azanell properties has been in business for some time now with its directors, Doreen Buchanan, Real Estate Broker and Densil Buchanan, Civil Engineer.

Doreen comes to the table with a Master of Science degree in Real Estate. She has travelled extensively and done research on the real estate market in North American and most Caribbean countries. She has also visited London, China, Hong Kong, France, Italy and Spain where gained a wealth of knowledge in her field. Her 5-year experience in banking also gives her the edge in the prequalification exercise for a mortgage.

Densil produces a Masters Degree in Business Administration and apart from his background in the building of roads, bridges, houses and bauxite mining, he has a strong background in finance and investment policy-making. He is also the Managing Director of DBB Engineering Limited.
