Azanell properties has been in the real estate business for more than Fifteen (15) years with its directors, Doreen Buchanan, Real Estate Broker and Densil Buchanan, Civil Engineer.

Doreen, Managing Director, holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate and has traveled extensively to countries such as North America and the Caribbean, London, Italy, France, Spain, Hong Kong, China. She has recently returned from the Continent of Africa where she visited South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe. During her visits she spends her time researching these real estate markets and benchmarking the economy.

With more than (5) years banking experience, she has had the expertise to engage herself in the pre-qualification of mortgages for clients coupled with her prestigious MRICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) status which makes her one of the most sought-after realtors in her field and a valued on/off air contributor on the real estate market in Jamaica. She currently sits on Jamaica National Building Society's panel of realtors which is the largest mortgage company in Jamaica.

Mrs. Buchanan is a member of the Realtors Association of Jamaica (MRAJ), The Real Estate Board (REB) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the worlds leading real estate professional body located in over One Hundred and Forty countries. She is also a director of her value added company, DBB Engineering, Inc, an international company involved in project management, contract administration, Total Quality Management (TQM), consultant engineering, mine engineering, real estate development and construction.

Densil Buchanan, director, and professional Civil Engineer, holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and apart from his background in infrastructural development and bauxite mining, he has a strong background in finance and investment and policy-making. He is also the Managing Director of DBB Engineering, Inc, an international company with offices in Danbury, Connecticut, USA and Kingston, Jamaica. Apart from vibrantly engaging in local jobs, he is currently providing technical services in Botswana, Southern Africa, Ghana and the Cameroon.
